The Abejonal

True to form, the Mora family continues to innovate by offering you Gesha El Abejonal, from a honey reposado process, a coffee of remarkable quality.

Let yourself be seduced by its unctuous body with dominant notes of milk chocolate, enhanced by ripe blueberry and a subtle floral touch of lychee on the finish.

Finca La Villa

This coffee comes directly from the Huila department, a region renowned for offering some of Colombia's most fruity and complex coffees.

Finca La Villa was anaerobically fermented with added yeast, which gives it a lively and citrusy attack, dominated by lemongrass and bergamot, with a finish reminiscent of yellow-fleshed exotic fruits.

Origin of this legendary variety

Originating from the Gesha highlands of Ethiopia, Gesha (or Geisha) coffee is a rare botanical singularity within the Coffea arabica species. Its organoleptic profile — complex floral aromas, vibrant acidity, elegant fruity notes — makes it an exceptional product sought after by high-altitude coffee enthusiasts.

Introduced to Panama in the 1960s, this varietal gained international renown thanks to pioneering farms like Hacienda La Esmeralda. Grown at over 1,800 meters and carefully harvested, Gesha expresses the full richness of its terroir.

In the cup, it offers a clear texture, refined sweetness, and a persistent finish evoking jasmine, bergamot, and tropical fruits. Served as a pour-over, it reveals a rare complexity. More than just coffee: an exceptional sensory experience.
